Terms & Condition of AMC Service

  1. The Annual Maintenance Contract covers routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for the specified equipment or systems
  2. The contract explicitly lists the equipment or systems covered under the AMC. Any additional equipment will require a separate agreement.
  3. The AMC does not cover repairs or replacements due to accidents, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
  4. Service will be provided during normal business hours, unless emergency service is explicitly requested and agreed upon.
  5. Regular scheduled maintenance visits will be conducted to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
  6. Any replacement parts or components necessary for repairs are not included in the contract and will be billed separately.
  7. The AMC covers hardware-related issues only. Software, licenses, and related issues are not included in this agreement.
  8. Payment for the AMC is due [specify terms, e.g., annually, quarterly, etc.] in advance.
  9. Either party may terminate this contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms. Refunds may be provided as per company policy.
  10. The contract can be renewed upon mutual agreement between the service provider and the client.
